Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve authorization and claim issues for facilities and
providers
Act as a liaison between providers, internal departments, and
specific accounts
Handle special requests and assist with user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications:
Experience in claims and customer service
Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management
Understanding of customer service performance metrics
GED or high school education
Bachelor's degree Preferred
