Overview
The Architectural Designer/Drafter is responsible for working with
our preconstruction and project management teams to produce high
quality hospitality drawings and renderings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed drawings of architectural designs & plans for
hospitality structures according to specifications provided by
architects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other designers to
ensure models are accurate and reflect design specifications.
- Work in AutoCAD and other drafting programs to create drawings
and renderings.
- Ability to use problem solving skills to adjust designs to meet
project and franchise requirements while keeping the same overall
vision.
- Create drawing sheets from models consisting of plans,
elevations, sections, and details.
- Understand and follow procedures for sheet layout, layering,
modeling processes and drawing formats.
- Research and source architectural products and samples.
- Provide ongoing support to project team, as required, throughout
the construction process.
