Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Content Specialist,
DEIB (Full-time, Temporary) to conduct content reviews and create
resources related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and
Belonging.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct and facilitate content reviews through the lens of DEIB
Create resources to embed DEIB within the company's offerings and
support utilization through training opportunities
Track market and industry trends around DEIB to inform guidance for
product development teams
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated cultural proficiency and understanding of diverse
identities
2 or more years of experience working towards diversity, equity,
and inclusion goals in education or publishing
Excellent research and project management skills
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Proficiency with workplace software and tools
