Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor for
their remote property accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all activities in the accounts payable function, ensuring
proper record keeping and developing best practices and
procedures
Supervise a remote AP team to ensure efficient task completion and
promote company culture
Streamline A/P processes, strengthen internal controls, and provide
feedback for platform improvements
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in property management or
real estate
Exceptional organizational and time management skills in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle escalated
issues professionally
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with
resourcefulness and innovation
Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact
professionally with various stakeholders
