Job Description:

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator, Temporary.

Key Responsibilities:

Review patient schedules and ensure necessary registration information is complete
Coordinate with health system counterparts to obtain missing appointment information
Compile medical records into a unified visit summary for providers

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting or health care administrative environment
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
Experience coordinating with national labs like Quest or Labcorp
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality care
