Job Description:

A company is looking for a Principal Researcher in Education Systems & Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, design, and implementation of research projects
Serve as Project Director and/or Principal Investigator
Lead proposal efforts, maintain business development relationships, and serve as primary client contact

Required Qualifications:

PhD with 7 years of related experience or MA with 11 years of related experience in relevant fields
Minimum 7 years of project leadership experience, including proposal writing and staff supervision
Proven track record of winning competitive contracts/grants
Commitment to applying research findings for a more equitable world
U.S. citizenship required
