Description:The M&A Integration Specialist will participate
in the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional
Mergers & Acquisitions and Integration projects from initiation
through completion. This role will assist in managing timelines,
resources, and communications across teams to ensure delivery is
met on time and within scope. This role will take ownership of
day-to-day project operations, drive progress, escalate issues, and
keep the Program Manager informed through clear and consistent
updates. With an emphasis on organization, collaboration, and
execution, this role plays a key part in translating strategic
initiatives into actionable outcomes.
Requirements:Responsibilities:--- Assist in end-to-end project
management for assigned initiatives, from planning through
execution and close-out.--- Coordinate cross-functional teams and
resources to ensure project milestones are met.--- Schedule and
facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up
on next steps.--- Track project performance using appropriate
tools, metrics, and techniques.--- Assist in defining project
scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.--- Partner with the process owners to develop
detailed project documentation including plans, schedules, status
updates, and risk assessments.--- Proactively identify and manage
project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.--- Communicate
project updates, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders and
leadership.--- Facilitate engagement with external vendors during
due diligence to streamline the process. --- Capture lessons
learned from each effort to drive continuous improvement. ---
Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating processes and
identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and
effectiveness.Required Knowledge/Experience:--- Bachelor's degree
in engineering, business analytics, business administration, or a
related field.--- 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator
or business analyst, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional
environment.Required Skills:--- Strong organizational and time
management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.--- Experience using project management tools (e.g.,
MS Project or similar software).--- Proven ability to influence and
collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Required Abilities:---

management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines---

efficientlyWork Environment and Physical Demands: --- FLSA
executive and professional positions paid on a salary basis, where
project requirements and tight client deadlines may require
workweeks over forty (40) hours (including weekends or holidays)
--- This role will work in an office setting, however frequent
visits to the production floor are required to oversee operations,
ensure compliance and safety standards and engage in staff.o
Mobility: Ability to move around the manufacturing plant, including
walking, standing, and climbing stairs.o Manual Dexterity:
Occasional use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or
controls.o Lifting: Ability to lift and carry items up to
twenty-five (25) pounds. All lifting should be done following OSHA
standards.--- Visual and Auditory Requirements: Must be able to see
and hear well enough to navigate the plant safely and communicate
