RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Technical Business Systems Analyst in Irving, TX. Key Tasks: * Provides business analysis towards the identification, evaluation, or testing of automated systems and related procedures* Interacts with business users and formulates business requirements* Develops guidelines for use of result tracking systems* Defines and performs quality checks of automated systems and leverages project tracking systems to manage results* Instrumental in capturing communication and information flow between business and technology teams* Works with user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs and document results* Writing high and low-level business requirements artifacts, both functional and non-functional requirements, use-cases or user stories, based on reviews of policy documents, procedures, and work instructions and subject matter expert interviews* Interviewing subject matter experts to extract/document specific requirements, resolving requirements conflicts, and capturing business user approval of documented requirements* Using approved tools, language, methods, and documents, such as BRDs (business requirements documents), JIRA, Rally, Blueprint, or similar requirements management solutions* Maintaining traceability between requirements and roadmaps/releases to ensure transparency between user needs and technology solutions* Creating and/or delivering training materials, written communications, and job aids to usersJob Requirements:REQUIREMENTS:* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
