Financial Analyst IICorestaff Services is currently seeking a Financial Analyst II for a 3 month contract position in the Dallas area.Job Description: JOB SUMMARYThis position is primarily responsible for executive financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis, consolidation and month end close research analysis.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsibilities include but are not limited to:--- Prepare / review weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting--- Prepare / review quarterly forecasts for Corporate and Technology--- Prepare / review consolidated Xome quarterly forecast--- Prepare / review consolidate Xome annual budget--- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements throughout the Finance department--- Provide value added ad hoc analysis for executive managementFUNCTIONAL JOB COMPETENCIESThe successful candidate will have:--- Strong analytical skills--- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy and ability to review self created work--- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Excel (Essbase)--- Proficiency in SQL and Workday a plus--- Comfortable performing ad-hoc research and analysis--- Excellent oral and written communications skills and problem-solving skillsREQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE--- 5+ years of directly related experience and training--- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite--- CPA/CFA/MBA designation is preferredCorestaff Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer - All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other factor determined to be unlawful under applicable law.
