Software in Irving, Tx is seeking candidates for the position of
Hardware Installer/Software Trainer. This position requires
nation-wide travel (Monday-Friday) 34-40 weeks out of the year with
the remaining weeks working in-house. All applicants must have a
willingness to learn new concepts, provide excellent customer
service, and support a variety of applications and hardware. This
position installs hardware in retail pharmacy environments and
trains the pharmacy on how to use the software, which includes:*
Configuring/Installing printers, workstations, servers, and any
extra equipment the pharmacy may have.* Providing customized
training to the pharmacy to understand all applications and
functions of the software.* Troubleshooting any issues/concerns
that may arise during the installation process.* Acting as a
pharmacy consultant by educating and improving productivity to
allow proper execution of their business.What we are looking for:*
Bachelor's Degree preferred* Previous IT and Networking experience
preferred* Superior communication skills in working with technical
and non-technical people* Ability to perform with little direct
supervision* Proficient in using Windows operating system* Must be
