Stefanini Group is looking for a Secret Shopper who will visit 3-5 retail postal shipping stores each weekday to pick up and drop off a specific list of packages for logistics company in Dallas, TX! If you have what it takes, call me for an interview ASAP: SHEILA PAULINOPicking up and dropping off (returning) a portion of the total packages and providing reports/feedback on the overall shopping experience Pose as a "normal" customer while observing and determining various factors about the overall experience e.g. on Monday go pick up at XYZ & ABC stores, on Tues go return xx number of packages at Store GHI, pickup packages at Store JKL, etcDocument the experience such as how long waiting, professionalism of store, ease of retrieval or drop off, etc. Not reveal your status as a Secret Shopper, keep your composure as a normal customer Need your own transportation, to and from all stores, recording mileage daily for reimbursement Need a cell phone to communicate with pilot administrator for instructions such as tracking numbers to identify parcels for pickup and locations to visit Need a laptop with Microsoft Excel and with email and Instant Messaging (IM) to exchange instructions, plans and feedback from the store visits Be responsible for the timely processing of Secret Shopper activity including productivity, accuracy, and day end reports This is a part time 3-4 hours per day (flexible schedule) roleClean driving record valid Driver"s LicenseGood verbal and communication skillsDependable to follow directionsAbility to communicate concise daily status updatesProficient with Microsoft Excel (for reporting) Education: High School, Bachelors Degree preferred About Stefanini Group The Stefanini Group is a global provider of offshore, onshore and near shore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application and strategic staffing services to Fortune 1000 enterprises around the world.
