Job Title: Ariba Upstream Data Migration and Functional Support Location: Irving, TX Contract: 9 months Description: Our Client is in need of experienced Ariba Sourcing, Contract and SLP system administrators and support personal to help with data clean-up of supplier records, contract data, system configurations, template updates, assembled documents and end user support. Users should have 7 to 10 years of Sourcing experience with the Ariba upstream modules. Users should have hands on working knowledge of how the system is configured and used. Ability to provide insight into how things were managed or set up in previous projects is a must. RESPONSIBILITY This position will need to manage and work with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are documented from Functional Design Documents provided by Ariba. Work with consultants in charge of writing test scripts to review the scripts and trace back to the requirement detailed in FDDs. Help manage questions from larger User Acceptance Tester community and complete assigned testing in accordance with the timeline and documentation requirements specified. In addition, User should have excellent analytical skills to help with data migration and mapping of suppliers from SLP to multiple ERPs. Position will also be required to assist in contract data migration activities including helping to extract data and format files for data loads. Post go live users will be required to help support the organization in training on the new Ariba application, respond to open user tickets and track and facilitate resolution of open defects and enhancements request, including but not limited to defining the issues, troubleshoot the issue, working with IT and Ariba to fix the open defect and testing defects before moving to production. Qualifications

• Expert understanding and experience in disciplines and implementation of software solutions with a particular focus on implementing transformational initiatives (systems and process) and change management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to influence people and work with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to communicate with and influence senior management and leaders.
• Demonstrates advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• College degree or commensurate work experience is required.
• Demonstrates strong background in specific functional roles as outlined.
• Detailed knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software applications specifically including VISIO and MS Project.
