Job Description:

desk' role! Our IT Site Support Analysts provide onsite white glove
service handling: -technical and client service request, setup
activities, troubleshooting/resolving network, computer, phone,
peripherals, server rooms events, and engage with external vendors.
How You'll Help Us Connect The WorldUse the ticketing system to
assist in resolving issues, coordinate, and troubleshoot with
employees in a variety of settings which may include providing
phone or email support, remote access to computers, as well as
providing desk side support. Responsibilities also include:
- Researching new and upcoming technologies, identify and
recommend where and how new technology may improve existing
processes or enhance overall efficiency and conduct technical
demonstrations if needed
- Contribute to special assignments within the department,
supporting Global IT initiatives and project implementations
- Support infrastructure IT by troubleshooting, designing and
implementing, IT closets, and server rooms. - This includes
servers, storage, operating systems, data backup, WAN, LAN,
Telephony and other related IT technology throughout the region.
Work closely with corporate IT teams to ensure the designs,
implementations and operations are in according to corporate
direction, standards and practices
- Deep understanding of corporate applications and technologies,
including but not limited to Microsoft, and Apple products
-Required Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelor's degree or one plus years' experience providing
outstanding IT support experience to customers
- Ability to travel to CommScope sites within the regionYou Will

personnel
