Job Description:

**This role is located in our corporate office in Irving, TX**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:---Identifies and resolves delinquent accounts.---Monitors customer accounts for payment trends.---Researched and prepares credit memos or write-offs as needed.---Works as a team to respond and resolve all customer emails sent to a shared box.---Resolves issues with payment difference/short pay.---Review aging and past due receivables daily.---Researches and resolves any billing discrepancies to college payment.---Provides necessary reporting or support to the management team.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:---Strong customer service skills.---Excellent oral and written communication skills.---Prior Wennsoft/Great Plains experience is a plus.---Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel)---Excellent organizational skills.---Team player with a positive and professional attitude.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:---Two (2) years of entry-level Credit & Collections experience - Commercial Collections preferred, but will train.---High school diploma or equivalent (Required).---Prior Wennesoft/Great Plains experience is a plus.---Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.---Excellent oral and written communication skills.---Team player with a positive and professional attitude.Liquid Environmental Solutions is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
