Has responsibility of the integrity of the data from point-of-entry through dissemination. Creates documentation and improves processes that relate to data accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Stakeholders and ITWork with IT and business stakeholders regularly to manage and resolve business problems and new systematic business needsHelp communicate and orchestrate change management around cross functional processes between business units and pharma teamMaintain and create positive relationships with IT and business stakeholdersProactively lead in the resolution of complex business issues with little to no supervisionProactively communicate and document updates to internal teams and stakeholdersIdentify & Develop Process Issues/ResolutionWork with the business to identify areas and processes that can be improved upon and/or automatedResolve complex problems that have impact across multiple functional business unitsAssisting in developing reports and analysisData Governance InitiativesAssist and ensure that all initiatives set out by Data Governance are met through current and new process implementationProvide feedback to team, management, and stakeholders on processes impacting compliance/data governance initiativesMeet regularly with the Data Governance to ensure all initiatives and processes are being properly maintained and adhered toDevelop and distribute documentation around all processes to be distributed and used by internal and external stakeholdersTrainingInform, Communicate, and Develop all new or existing processes to existing team members and new team members.Perform ongoing monitoring and education with internal and external peers to ensure process adherenceMonitor and inquire about Quality Control metrics to identify areas of improvement for Master DataEnsure all new or existing training documentation is properly documented and published in the appropriate avenuesDelivery quality products and services that meeting customers' needsMinimum RequirementsEducation/Training -Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and typically requires 4 years of relevant experienceCritical Skills and Core CompetenciesBusiness Experience - 3 years' experience in master data or data governance, process improvement, and project management experience. Analytical experience preferred.Knowledge of the job, driving execution, problem solving and analysis, innovative mindset, communication, collaboration, relationship building, customer focused and client service. Specialized Knowledge and SkillsExcellent communication (verbal and written)and relationship building skillsStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization (time management) skillsDemonstrates analytical ability and attention to detailsAdvanced problem solving and root cause analysis skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlinesAbility to work under limited general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelinesProfessional conduct and demeanor, uses discretion and maintain high level of confidentialityIntermediate/Advanced knowledge in MS products (including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc)Advanced knowledge in SAP and VistexAbility to work with minimal supervisionProven ability to manage projects efficiently with strong attention to details.EnvironmentTraditional office requirements.Large percentage of time performing computer-based work is required.Must be authorized to work in the US.
