Our growing optometric practice is seeking experienced individuals with outstanding customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping people. You must be a multi-tasker, fast learner, have strong communication skills, and exceptional phone etiquette. The right fit for our practice is someone who is enthusiastic, wears a smile, must be patient answering questions, articulate on the phone, dependable, and has a great commitment level. We are looking for candidates that have a desire to always go above and beyond patients' expectations. We are looking to fill this position with someone interested in a long-term position. Job Responsibilities Include: -answering phone calls and scheduling appointments -data entry, faxing, filing and scanning documents. -obtain vision insurance authorizations -communicating insurance benefits to patients -processing payments -placing contact lens orders and dispensing contact lenses -various clinical duties including taking medical history and pre-testing patients -autorefractor, nct, visual fields, oct, retinal photography, lensometry Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: Less than 1 year Salary: $15 - $20 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
