We offer a competitive salary with 10% bonus eligibility. This role has primary responsibility for the effective management of various project and business analyst activities at Lehigh Hanson North America ("NAM"). The IT Business Analysist (BA) oversees all aspects of the requirements and solution gathering practices based on pre-established PMO processes such as Demand and Project Management. The BA is responsible for coordination and completion activities prior to the effort becoming and project, and during project execution with variety of tasks including gathering of requirements, facilitating meetings, consolidating and proficiently summarizing and communicating progress the findings. The BA will also be responsible for more than one project at a time. The BA collaborates in cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables, objectives, process milestones and quality measures are completed. The BA will also be intimately involved in the collecting, tracking and solution gathering of Internal and External Audits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering in these areas. In addition to the above, the BA will be involved specifically in collecting requirements and due diligence for M&A projects. Responsibilities may require occasional after-hours work for implementations, post-production coordination and other project-driven events as needed.Responsibilities

• Effectively leads and motivates cross functional teams through the tasks of collecting internal, external and business requirements.
• Effectively collaborates with different levels of stakeholders which may include business, corporate functions and internal/external auditors.
• Facilitates and works with project managers and other technical leads to define a detailed and accurate project scope.
• Provides meeting minutes, deliverables trackers and documentation related to timelines.
• Accurately depicts requirements, demand roadmaps and audit finding solutions, and anticipates and catches deviations from a schedule early to assess their impact to the overall schedule and to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensures internal systems are updated with the necessary information to ensure all team members, managers and directors can access the necessary project and/or resource related information.
• Ensure compliance with internal project management methodology.Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) project manager role with an emphasis on performing in a PMO environment by aligning business requirements with IT solutions.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate upwards via presentations, telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Flexibility to adapt work style to environmental changes, including remote and onsite work
  • Broad understanding of technologies and processes that support business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to established PMO processes
  • In depth understanding of business systems life-cycle and associated implementation methodologies, tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management to assess business requirements, and to plan, manage and deliver pragmatic solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP environment
  • Experience using SharePoint as a project collaboration tool.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Proficient with Jira and Confluence
