Internal: Apps Dev Sr. Programmer Analyst (ASP.Net, PowerBI, SSIS)

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an
intermediate level position responsible for participation in the
establishment and implementation of new or revised application
systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The
overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications
systems analysis and programming activities.
Conduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost
estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development,
model development, and establish and implement new or revised
applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs
or user areas
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis,
design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as
provide user and operational support on applications to business
Utilize in-depth Credit Operations and Call Center Operations
workflow knowledge to analyze and advise business stakeholders on
complex application modifications, enhancements, and issue
Lead projects of varying scope with ability to influence staff and
ensure timely and accurate completion of project.
Create ASP.Net Web Form Queuing applications for cross
organizational and multi product branding operations Work Flow
Create Executive Level Power BI Reports and Dashboards to provide
insight into key business metrics.
Create and run queries for use in reporting and for developing data
analytic processes by linking disparate data sources across
Teradata, SQL Server and Oracle platforms.
Provide PowerBI reporting subject matter expertise, support and
training to help development team members.
Ensure that reporting and business intelligence Operational Reports
are working, updated timely, and that reporting down time is
communicated and minimized.
Serve as advisor and coach to help mentor junior level
Possess the ability to operate independently with a minimum amount
of direct supervision.
Has the ability to exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
in decision making.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,
demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation
and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving
compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to
Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal
behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating,
and reporting control issues with transparency.
5-7 years of coding experience using ASP.Net Web Forms
2+ years of designing and developing Operational MIS reports for
production and executive-level analytics usage required.
Additional experience using reporting technologies and tools (e.g.
Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) is required.
Experience developing analytic extract files and data feed jobs
using NDM or CitiSFT required.
Experience using Visual Studio and Bitbucket development tools
Experience in systems analysis and programming of software
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected
changes in expectations or requirements.
The candidate should be a highly versatile individual with great
attention to detail focus, and dedication to high quality work.
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
