Job Description:

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

Two Contractor Resources dedicated to SOX activities associated with 1ERP initiative.

Desired Skills:

1 person with SOX Compliance and/or Supply Chain background (such as Systems, Procurement, Logistics, Sourcing) and has strengths in reporting/analysis, communications, project management, quality/ attention to detail

1 person SOX Compliance and/or Supply Chain background (such as Systems, Procurement, Logistics, Sourcing) and has strengths in reporting/analysis, communications, project management, quality/ attention to detail AND experience in digital tools to track and set up summary reporting across all controls (Google docs., Smartsheets, etc.)



DESIRED SKILLS:

SOX Compliance and/or Supply Chain background (such as Systems, Procurement, Logistics, Sourcing) and has strengths in reporting/analysis, communications, project management, quality/ attention to detail



JOB DUTIES:

Provide support for the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) program for Global Supply Chain,

support requirements for SOX control objectives and evaluate test procedures

completed by business process owners and compliant with documented control

assessments. Support 1ERP initiative

Evaluate GSC process controls and provide objective reviews

Work with stakeholders to test control risks and improve process effectiveness

Assist with the development of action plans and follow-ups and communicate to

manager



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience

Compliance or auditing experience in the following area: Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Processes/Controls



LOGISTICS:

Shift: Standard work schedule M-F (8-5, 9-6)
