Are you a savvy business analyst who loves working in the retirement space and helping people better prepare for that season of their lives? Do you enjoy having a hand in the entire systems implementation process, from requirements gathering to testing the final product? Do you love to jump in and solve challenges to make clients and teammates lives easier? Join this fast-growing, entrepreneurial financial services company as their new Business Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the link between consultants, external clients, and internal system developers. You will translate business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers and test the system for functionality. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid schedule based in Irving, TX.
Requirements Must Haves

• At least 4 years of experience as a business analyst
  
• Demonstrated background in defined benefit plans with a functional knowledge of pension benefits administration processes and software delivery
  
• Proven ability to write and execute business requirements, test plans, and test procedures
  
• Familiarity with pension calculation testing and specifications
  
• Self-starter qualities with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize own workload
  
• Capacity to properly identify, research, and document issues
  
• Ability to work independently and on client teams, including virtual teams in different geographies
  
• Bachelors degree

  • Relevant certifications in the retirement or financial industry
