Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Junior Systems Analyst -in Irving, TX.
The focus remains on working with our client with the SuccessFactors platform in their HR department. Approximately half of the work time will be devoted to SuccessFactors maintenance, but the other half will now be routed internally depending on business needs. Someone who has some other business and IT analyst experience is a good match for this position!
-Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain HR management (SAP SuccessFactors) systems.
• Communicate with end-users for system specifications, development, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding customer operations and situations related to business applications.
• Analyzing the customer's business process flow and dispatching the appropriate solution for each request.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain good relationships.
• Assist the SuccessFactor Manager, who leads the other branch teamThe right candidate will possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Previous support and development experience with SuccessFactors.
  • Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and HR management systems.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suites, such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Skills & Qualifications:
    • Analytical skills with regard to requirements analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Strong communication skills with end-users and fellow team members.
    • Ability to provide high-quality IT Operational skills efficiently.
    • Strong awareness and sensitivity to intercultural differences.
    • Strong focus on team effort contribution.
    • ITIL V3/V4 (Axelos) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications are preferred.
    • U.S. work authorization is required.
