Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is looking for a Technical Apps Support Analyst to support Oracle EBS environment. Summary: This candidate will be joining a 100-year-old global organization running Oracle EBS. You will work in an established Oracle environment while the company continues to grow and acquire others. In this role you will be the 1st escalation point for Oracle EBS support. You will work with the business user and Oracle team (DBA, Developers, and IT team) to resolve issue. Responsibilities Include:

• Functional and technical support to the corporate Oracle EBS HR/Payroll/Financial/Operations/Administration and Oracle HCM Cloud processes
• Functional and technical support to the third-party applications
• Technical Analyst/Apps Support Analyst initiates speedy and permanent resolution to problems in Oracle EBS functions by coordinating the efforts with DBA's and other Oracle IT Analysts
• Working with Oracle Support and other third-party Support applications
• Resolve support requests from end users
• As a Technical Analyst/Apps Support Analyst, you will support Oracle EBS System Administration functions
• Setup or configure Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Applications
• Documents and communicates functional and technical requirement specifications for system enhancements and reporting/data needs to IT development team
• Analysis/Developing of ad-hoc reports, data extracts, etc. to meet one-time or continuing business needs using available tools
