Lead Vendor Analyst assists in the administration and maintenance
of Highgate's Vendor Master File including new vendor registration,
modification and elimination of redundancy.

Overview
The Lead Vendor Analyst assists in leading the administration and
maintenance of Highgate's Vendor Master File including new vendor
registrations, modifications, and elimination of redundancy. This
includes overseeing and leading projects as assigned: help
determine processes, organize work by temp associates, record
keeping, communicating accomplishments and reporting metrics. This
position may also supervise up to two associates.
This position is housed in our Shared Service Center located in Las
Colinas, Texas offers hybrid "in office/work from home".
Responsibilities
- Must have or develop a strong working knowledge of Oracle Fusion
ERP
- Must have or develop a full understanding of the integration
between Highgate's P2P system, BirchStreet, as well as Oracle
Fusion ERP
- Learn and follow Highgate SOP's related to vendor management
- Establish strong working relationship with team members
- Support properties' operations with problem resolution
- Other duties as assigned.
