Job Description:
Candidate with prior experience as a technology and business
analyst, comprehensive knowledge of corporate IT systems and
processes, excellent organizational and communication(Oral and
Written) abilities including Presentation skills using MS
PowerPoint and Google slides
Knowledge of Full E2E architecture, be able to understand
dependencies, API specs and data modelling
Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to quickly assimilate
and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
Ability to write preciseand clear technical specifications (for
custom development, system integration, etc.) based on interactions
directly with the customer, business and/or technical team
Should be able to create strategic design and mapping of business
requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements
Experience working with Developers, Technical architects, Subject
matter experts, Process owners, Business and Technical
stakeholders, usersreviewing business priorities, analyzing options
and risks
Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical
team members, Business owners and Customers
Experience writing therequirements unambiguously, clearly and
concisely such that they are implementable, understandable,
testable, traceable, maintainable, scalable and extensible
Engage in best practice development initiatives, provide thoughtful
leadership, and familiarity with proven cloud solutions that
support business/project objectives
Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate project complexity,
assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
Analyze cost/benefit and risk impact of solutions
Oversees and has accountability for the successful
implementation/completion of all aspects of assigned Technical
projects and solutions
Shares similar mentality as existing team members toward customer
satisfaction and success
Ability to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on
enterprise level project with minimal direction from a director or
engagement managerwhen necessary
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to
effectively facilitate meetings, grooming calls, workshops,
demonstrate brainstorming/consensus building skills, and interact
with executive level project sponsors/business owners
Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
Ability to understand the requirements, create and deliver
effective and engaging presentations on short noticefocusing on
thestructure of the presentation, the design of the slides, the
tone of voice and the body language while communicating information
clearly managing technical details as required
Create detailed reports to the leadership and stakeholder teams
including recommendations to seize the opportunitiesfor technical
improvement
Assist quality assurance team in defining use cases, data sourcing,
System test definition and executionof systematic and ad-hoc test
cases
Liaise with user groups and support teams for execution of User
acceptance testing
Head implementation teams during upgrade and technology migration
projects, liaising with affected departments to ensure usability
and functionality
Demonstrates the ability to map, analyze and effectively prepare
and maintain the following documents / tools:
Business Processes
Process Flow Analysis
Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
Experience with Cloud Solutions
Experience withNo Sql and/orRelational Database systems
Competence in at least one programming language
Requirements Definition
User Stories and acceptance criteria
Configuration Workbook
Data Models
Detailed Functional Design
Executive Summaries
Project Plans
