About This Opportunity Responsibilities The primary purpose of this role is to support the mission of IT Compliance through various compliance tasks within the 7-Eleven Information Technology organization related to external obligations (i.e. SOX) as well as compliance with internally mandated controls. The Senior IT Compliance Analyst will monitor controls within 7-Eleven processes and technology configurations to identify gaps. The Senior IT Compliance Analyst will report directly to the Sr Manager IT Compliance. Duties and Responsibilites: Plan, execute, and report on various types of GRC reviews, including post-remediation validation Perform audits and analysis of existing products and processes for the purpose of ensuring proper configuration management and consistency Review 7-Elevens computing environment to identify opportunities for implementation of additional IT General Controls where residual risk exists Interpret and analyze data to determine compliance with company controls Provide status reporting, activity scheduling, artifact collection and management, and other supporting tasks Manage compliance projects, initiatives, regulatory audits and risk assessments Providing consultation and subject matter expertise for process and information technology control related matters including evaluating severity of control deficiencies and related remediation efforts Contribute to the IT compliance program and to policy and standards related to IT compliance. Utilize innovative ideas and tools to enhance operational effectiveness Recommend improvements to the companys internal control environment Provide assistance to internal and external auditors. Prepare audit reports of findings and recommendations to management Assist in developing audit programs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about audit tools and techniques. Work with project managers to ensure new initiatives do not have a negative impact on compliance controls. Review 7-Elevens computing environment to identify opportunities for implementation of additional IT General Controls where residual risk exists. Propose process improvements as needed to enable the company to achieve its objectives. Provide input into the development of standards and efficiencies. Qualifications Education and Experience: Education: Bachelors/ 4 yr degree Years of Relevant Work Experience: 7+ years Years of Management Experience: NA Certifications/Licenses: CISA, CIA, and/or CISSP certification preferred. Specific Knowledge and Skills Keen attention to detail with superior organizational skills and passion for driving change Strong controls testing experience Ability to present results of analyses and recommendations Strong background in auditing techniques, identifying risks associated with current technologies and the standards and controls to mitigate these risks, developing and executing test plans Demonstrated ability to write audit reports and to participate in presentations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Advance Experience with GRC tools is preferred Strong Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and control frameworks Ability to read SQL, Java, and other computing languages is preferred Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, Archer, Oracle EBS and JIRA/Confluence is preferred
