Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst in Irving, Texas (TX). Responsibilities include:

Accounts Payable Analyst will enter and Process invoices
Accounts Payable will process Purchase Order and non-Purchase Order vendor invoices
Process weekly AP EFT run
Assist with vendor statement reconciliations
Maintain vendor files, including obtaining vendor banking information and W9 forms
Assist with AP month-end close
Process journal entry reclasses
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will assist with year-end 1099 process
Assist with complex coding invoices
International wiring
