Job Description:
A company is looking for a HRIS Sr. Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the use, configuration, and day-to-day operations of
SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems
Troubleshoot issues and make recommendations for 3rd party
applications/tools used by the Human Resources department
Participate in HR projects, provide technical HR systems support,
and maintain positive relationships with HR, IT, and other business
partners
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics or
related fields
5+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems, specifically SAP
SuccessFactors
Experience with testing and validation of configuration, and
ability to research and resolve application and system related
issues
Knowledge of BetterWorks, Mentorcliq, Degreed, Coursera, and
Qualtrics is a plus
Strong business acumen and professionalism
