Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Testing
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute testing scripts to ensure compliance with US consumer
compliance banking regulations
Analyze data, prepare findings and recommendations, and present
them to key stakeholders
Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes in key
regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Less than 4 years of experience in US consumer compliance banking
or financial institution
Proven track record of performing regulatory or compliance reviews
and testing
Understanding of the consumer finance or fintech sector
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and testing using a
data-driven approach
CRCM or equivalent certification is a plus
