For more information, please visit .Job Title: Specialist - Business AnalysisWork LocationIrving, TXJob Description:The Business Analyst Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering validating communicating and coordinating requirements for Retail Corporate Banking ProductsKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements analyse finalize and receive formal sign off's from approversTranslate requirements into Business Requirement Document Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development DocumentFacilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teamsAnalyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation resultsCoordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teamsWork collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post implementationPerform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applicationsUtilize in depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issuesEnsure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standardsIntegrate in depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goalsInfluence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions as well as communicate with external parties as necessaryDevelop creative technical solutions to meet business needs and manage complex high volume applications in partnership with business partners and stakeholdersSkills8 10 years of Business Data Analysis experienceExperience as a Techno Functional Analyst or similar roleExperience in Retail Banking products in Cards Loans Mortgage also preferableStrong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile Waterfall and ScrumExperience in Regulatory Reporting - Basel Y9C CCAR Liquidity reporting etcShould have strong knowledge on implication changes required for Basel 3 compliance for large banksStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced SQL knowledge Prior experience on Hive Oracle and Sybase is added advantageShould have knowledge on Data Warehouse Concepts ETL processAbility to understand explain domain concepts to Developers TestersAdept at queries report writing and presenting findingsMandatory Certificate IIBA AAC CCBA CBAP or CSPO from Scrum Alliance mandatory as per policy for the projectBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree ( LTIM ):Benefits and Perks:
