Senior Sales Data Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with sales business process owners and key stakeholders for process improvement
Perform independent analysis and lead projects to drive strategic decisions
Utilize Salesforce Reports and Power BI/Tableau to design and build dashboards for management

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
3-5 years of experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Operation, or data-focused role
Experience in Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
Sales Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience preferred
2+ years of Industry experience in Payroll/HCM or SAAS preferred
