Establishing and tracking day-to-day production requirements that includes budget, safety, quality, and performance. Team will consist of between eight to twelve hourly mechanics. - - -Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 Years or associate's degree with 4 Years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience or 6 Years hands-on experience.
• Must have Active Secret Clearence which requires US Citizenship.
• FAA Certified A&P
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with general aviation, military aircraft, or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret Government, FAA, and Company Aviation Safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to readinterpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and general aviation knowledge.
• Demonstrated knowledge of military, commercial, or general aviation aircraft.
• Demonstrated ability to perform analytical analysis and apply risk mitigation techniques.
• Will be required to work on all shifts or occasional overtime depending on business needs. -Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Boeing Wide/Narrow body, Gulfstream platform experience
  • VIP or comms upgrade experience
  • Lean or Six-Sigma Training
