The main responsibilities of a Client Service Representative are: Provide a level customer service that "wows every client, every time. Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to secure case evidence and ensure the case is progressing appropriately Document all activity and communication in the case file Review police report, property damage and medical records and bills Review files with attorneys to determine the best action plan for each client Be an empathetic resource for our clients Understand comprehensive medical treatment Working with us is great because: Our core values emphasize the importance of working as a team and giving an unparalleled client experience We have a positive, fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunity for professional growth Opportunity to work remote most days. Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is: Experience in Personal Injury or Insurance Claims is highly preferred Energetic, positive and ready to work hard! Detail oriented Fluent Spanish speaker Strong in computer skills and written and verbal communication Efficient and effective with overall time management Determined to learn and adapt in a high paced atmosphere Willing to go the extra mile PI126136992
