You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. Included are leads, transaction coordination, full-time administrative support, and sales training by a top-producing KW agent.

Responsibilities:

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
--- WORK HOT COMPANY BUYER LEADS: Work company-provided buyer leads to move buyers through the sales journey, according to their needs and goals. No lead generation - this is the dream job
--- MEET WITH CLIENTS: Review notes in CRM before meeting with buyers. Attend consultation appointments with company buyer leads. Follow up-to confirm all appointments, to increase "Kept" appointment ratios
--- SHOW HOMES: Be available/on-call to show homes for buyers as needed
--- WRITE CONTRACTS: Write contracts on homes, including negotiation for the best deal - according to buyer instruction. Oversee all aspects of buyer transactions from initial contact to contract acceptance. Manage responsibilities as assigned from Transaction Coordinator/Closing Manager(s) throughout the contract-to-close period
--- NEGOTIATE: Consult with buyers to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract acceptance and negotiations. Manage communication responsibilities for the contract-to-close period (when applicable)
--- USE COMPANY RESOURCES AS REQUIRED: Utilize company CRM, Slack, and company Gmail for all communication, along with Google Drive resources
--- SCRIPT AND ROLE-PLAY PRACTICE: Roleplays with our Team Leader to practice scripts and role-play in an effort to effectively master your craft
--- EDUCATION/TRAINING/COACHING: Participate in position-related training and education. Enjoy weekly coaching with our Team Leader

Qualifications:

Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
Show a track record of real estate success
Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Be people-oriented, responsive and able to juggle many clients and needs at once
--- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
--- Be working full-time in real estate
--- Be willing to travel up to 1 hour away for sales and appointments
--- Be ready to make 2022 their best year yet in a new setting
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Be honest with an inherent sense of integrity - do the right thing
--- Keep a positive and upbeat attitude interacting with both clients and team members
--- Ability to embrace change as the team grows over time
--- Basic technology skills to utilize team tools, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, our CRM, and eSignature/document storage programs
--- Wear business casual attire at all times when meeting with clients (please avoid casual attire, such as shorts, tank tops, workout clothes, flip flops, etc.)
