Job DescriptionRole Summary: To supervise a group of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) supporting a technical sales group that is focused on Temporary Climate Solutions & Materials Preservation, for a wide range of Clients in several different Markets. This position is also responsible for generating and converting qualified Leads into (Transactional) Opportunities that will be developed, managed, and closed by our Business Development Specialists. This role will also prospect and execute on campaign tactics and strategies that are specific to an established Sales & Marketing plan which is directed by the Head of Sales & Marketing and managed by the Director of Marketing and Client Development Directors. Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervision of Inside Sales Representatives (ISR)
  • Delegation of tasks/responsibilities (evenly) among ISR team
  • Downstream communication of S&M tactics and strategies
  • Monthly KPI/benchmarking communication up/downstream
  • Ownership of Leads portion of the Relationship Workflow
  • Phone & web-based Lead generation
  • Qualification, nurturement, and conversion of Leads into Prospects
  • Opportunity hand-off to Business Development Specialists
  • Account-based Prospecting activities scheduled through S&M plan
  • Project-based Prospecting activities scheduled through S&M plan
  • Ownership, maintenance, and continual improvement of 3rd Party Lead tools
  • Execution of Marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Always be Branding
  • Utilization of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for all dutiesJob Qualifications:
    • Two years work experience in Customer Service or Sales
    • Demonstrated ability to generate Leads and nurture to conversion
    • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent writing & listening skills
    • Self-motivated, high-energy, engaging, enthusiastic
    • Ability to travel for Sales events or exhibits; less than 5% of the time
    • High level of integrity and work ethic
    • Experience with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software
    • Associates or College degree preferred Minimum Polygon Provided Training Requirements Completed within the First 6 Months of Employment:
      • Microsoft O365 & Teams
      • NetSuite (CRM)
      • HubSpot
      • Lead generation toolsManagement of Employees:
