Consumer Sales - - Project Lead About You You are a strong customer-centric thinker focused on improving existing processes while continuing to implement new ways to improve performance to meet objectives and goals. - You have the ability to create a strategic vision as well as the ability to project manage and execute the vision. - You know how to use project management tools to meet deliverables and functional expectations. - You are a self-starter who can lead conversations with efficiency and effectiveness.About Us We are a fast-paced organization with a new and engaging leadership team that is focused on reinventing our processes and procedures to align with corporate strategy. - We are a highly-engaged, high-energy organization that delivers quality products to our clients that are easy to understand and implement across multi-functional sales organizations. - We have clear and direct goals and communications throughout our interactions with peers and leaders in a cross-functional structure.About the Role This role reports to the Director of Consumer Sales Operations and supports the customer-facing sales organizations by designing and implementing world-class ordering capabilities. - This will be accomplished through creativity and original thinking, compelling approaches, and building lasting relationships.Responsibilities

  • Design and implement system functionality for internal sales employees and external sales partners.
  • Monitor and assess sales results to measure the success of system performance.
  • Ensure proper usage of sales tools to ensure the quality of sales, reduce churn and drive growth.
  • Work closely with IT, marketing, sales teams, support, management, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities and drive improvements across all sales channels.
  • Improve system usability and performance that result in operational efficiency.
  • Propose changes to existing processes that drive revenue growth or cost out of the business.Qualifications
    • 5+ years of Telecommunications and IT, Sales, or Project Management experience
    • Strong knowledge of call center operations and direct sales results
    • Knowledge of Agile implementation guidelines; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) desired
    • Prior experience using Jira/Wiki preferred
    • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or related post-graduate degree preferred.
