organizations since 1945. Utilizing local offices with
non-commissioned sales representatives, they offer a wide variety
of retirement savings plans and services, including 401(k), 403(b),
and 457(b) deferred compensation plans. Mutual of America also
provides investment vehicles to individuals for their retirement
and other long-term financial needs.Division: Marketing / SalesOur
Dallas, TX office is one of 33 Regional Offices and several Branch
Offices located across the continental United States, (in addition
to our New York City Headquarters and our Boca Raton, Florida
location).The Sales Representative will report to the Regional
Office Head and join a dedicated team of sales representatives who
are all full of energy and enthusiasm and are highly driven to
succeed.Responsibilities:The Sales Representative will represent
Mutual of America in a sales and marketing capacity to clients and
prospects in an assigned territory with an emphasis on soliciting
new group takeover plans and cross-selling other products.Setting
qualified appointments with plan sponsors of 401k and 403b Plans
through multiple strategies, cold calling, networking, and
referralWork within a geographic territory to cultivate new
prospects, cross-sell solutions, reach and exceed goals and close
sales.Attend client review meetings with Customer Relationship
Manager (CRM) for the top five to ten clients in the Sales
Representatives territory to position the Sales Representative to
ask clients for introductions and to be a reference for sales
opportunitiesRequired Qualifications:Two or more years of outside
business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in
selling, presentation skills, prospecting, and territory
managementConducting outbound cold calls into prospective
clientsHighly motivatedAbility to effectively communicateStrategic
thinker who can work independentlyStrong relationship building and
territory management skillsActive FINRA Series 6 and 63 or must
obtain within the first 90 days of employmentActive State Life and
Health Insurance License (in all states covered) required or
obtained within 90 days of employmentValid driver's license
requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
preferredDemonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive,
positive, and persistent styleKnowledge of products underwritten by
the company (401k and 403b retirement plans)We offer a base salary,
