The Role Taking qualified Live Transfers (inbound and outbound calls) for consumers who are looking for a solution regarding their healthcare needs. The representatives will need excellent listening skills to complete a full needs analysis to find the right solution that suits the consumers--- needs during the call. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, structured environment, answering numerous inquiries for customers at their greatest time of need. Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Ability to meet and exceed goals Call center experience preferred Strong computer and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to confidently work in multiple systems with dual monitors. Comfortable with video communications via MS Teams throughout the day to communicate with teammates and leadership face to (virtual) face. Familiarity with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
