Pieces uses AI to get things done for busy physicians, nurses and case managers. And we need a smart Senior Sales Executive to help us achieve our mission. Responsibilities:Senior Sales Executive is an integral member of Pieces Sales Team. We're looking for a highly-motivated sales rockstar who enjoys working in a healthcare start-up environment to deliver outstanding results. This candidate needs to be energetic, outgoing, proactive, creative and have attention-to-detail with outstanding selling and networking skills. The Senior Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving revenue for our Predict software & services solutions. This role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing of the organization. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.Collaborate and strategize with Lead Generation/Business Development Team members on tactics to acquire new leads; and then follow up on leadsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales, following the sales processEvaluate prospective customer capabilities and needs, and builds productive long lasting relationshipsProvide consultation to prospective clients on utilization of the Pieces platform, offering thought partnership on clinical workflows and protocolsWork with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirementsDevelop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basisKeep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions in CRMProvide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periodsWork with delivery teams to proactively address problemsProvide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputationProvide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offeringsBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplaceActively problem solve with the Sr Leadership Team (ie. Sales, Client Success, Clinical Services) to strategize on ways to drive the deals forward and close themDevelop compelling value propositions for prospective clients and communicate them effectively using multiple communication channels (e.g. calls, emails, in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, etc.)Meet personal sales targets Manage the sales process from indirect partner referrals, liaising with their counterpart sales execs, building relationships, reviewing account targets, etc.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute on digital lead generation & contents for sales collateralsWork closely with the Client Success team to leverage existing customers' relationshipsAttend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developmentsUtilize personal network to identify and generate sales opportunities for target customersConduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. RequirementsWe're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who's passionate about using technology to help providers help patients.
