Job Description:

Role Summary:Polygon is seeking a motivated, customer focused Inside Sales Representative to help build the sales pipeline. The ISR will work within a technical sales group that is focused on bringing temporary climate solutions, remote monitoring technology and materials preservation services to clients in a variety of industries including construction, healthcare, life sciences, industrial processes, food and beverage, and manufacturing. This position is responsible for finding, nurturing and qualifying leads, as well as then converting them into opportunities for our Business Development Specialists who will develop, manage, and close deals. This role will also prospect and execute campaign tactics and strategies that are specific to an established sales and marketing plan.Essential Job Functions:

  • Ownership of leads portion of the customer lifecycle
  • Inbound and outbound lead generating though phone and web-based channels
  • Qualification, nurturement, and conversion of leads into prospects
  • Opportunity hand-off to Business Development Specialists including customer introductions, information collection, organization, and database updates
  • Account-based prospecting activities directed through sales and marketing plan
  • Project-based prospecting activities scheduled through sales and marketing plan
  • Power user of 3rd party lead tools for extracting people and projects
  • Execution of sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives, provide timely feedback on how to improve
  • Always be branding
  • Utilization of Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for all duties including record management, email and call loggingJob Qualifications:
    • Two years of work experience in Customer Service or Sales
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and nurture to conversion
    • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent writing and listening skills
    • Self-motivated, high-energy, engaging, enthusiastic
    • Ability to travel for Sales events or exhibits; less than 5% of the time
    • High level of integrity and work ethic
    • Experience with Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software in Hubspot, Salesforce, NetSuite or similar program
    • Associates or College degree preferredMinimum Polygon Provided Training Requirements Completed within the First 6 Months of Employment:
      • Microsoft O365 & Teams
      • NetSuite (CRM)
      • HubSpot
      • Lead generation toolsManagement of Employees:
