Fotona's reputation for excellence is earned from its dedication to R&D, unparalleled quality, reliability, ease of use, and durability.Sales Support AssociateThe primary responsibility of the Sales Support Associate will be engaging with customers via web -chat, phone, and email, providing real-time assistance -and -an exceptional customer experience. -The Sales Support Associate -has outstanding communication skills, a natural customer support orientation, exceptional attention to detail, and is highly organized. -They will work well independently and as part of a team, and will be based out of our Irving, TX -headquarters. - The ideal candidate for this role has a positive, can-do attitude -and is motivated to actively support and enable an environment where all our team members and customers can succeed. -This is an outstanding opportunity to join -a high-tech leader in -medical, aesthetic, and dental laser technology within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via live chat, phone, and email to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about Fotona products and services.Provide an exceptional customer experience through timely and knowledgeable product & services support.Develop and demonstrate technical selling skills and core product knowledge.Identify potential solutions to customer needs and work with internal resources to resolve any complex customer requests.Perform data entry to support management team reporting.Manage time effectively, meet personal and company goals, and work effectively with other members of the Fotona team.Consistently demonstrate a Strong Work Ethic and represent Fotona with Integrity and Professionalism.Skills and Abilities:
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and listening skills.Ability to have dynamic, non-scripted chat/phone conversations with customers.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to learn Fotona products and -administrative procedures.Positive, adaptable, outgoing solution-finder.Exceptional organizational skills and high -proficiency in multi-tasking.Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.Self-motivated and a fast learner -with a track record of dependability and consistency.Reliable, collaborative, and adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of humor.Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry over and/or up to 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters rarely.
  • Ability to stand, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach, and ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.Compensation:
