• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Represent our team with integrity and dedication to our clients
• Maintain a good relationship with lenders, appraisers, home inspectors and escrow companies
• Prepare necessary paperwork such as closing statements, deeds, contracts, purchase agreements and leases -
• Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements
• Establish a network of mortgage lenders, contractors and legal attorneys to whom you can refer clients
• Evaluate clients' financial abilities and research properties within their buying powerRequirements
  • Real-estate license or pursuing required
