Are you all about results? A closer on the phone? We're a leading real estate investment company based in Dallas, TX, and we're on the hunt for a no-nonsense professional with the skill and tenacity to close deals.

As our Asset Manager, your role will be akin to the conductor of a well-orchestrated sales symphony. Your playing field? Our CRM. Your tools? Strategic inbound call handling, precise appointment setting for our Field Closers, and relentless follow-up to drive deals to the next stage. You'll be a central figure in our sales process, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. If you can't master the phone, move along. This role is for closers only.

Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commissions = $100,000+ (see below breakdown)

Responsibilities:

Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Here's what a typical day might look like:
--- You're the first point of contact for new homeowners looking to sell their houses.
--- You book appointments for our Acquisitions Manager.
--- You compile sales packets for the Acquisitions Manager before each appointment.
--- You update the CRM with detailed notes and info from the appointments.
--- You perform preliminary analyses of real estate properties.
--- You qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
--- You manage the overall CRM and make sure all leads are followed up with.
--- You track leads through their journey, ensuring the right people get the right touchpoints at the right time.
--- You keep our Acquisitions Managers on their toes, reminding them to follow up and keep appointments updated.

In return, we offer:
--- A base salary of $40,000.
--- A bonus of $50 for each appointment you set and follow up on successfully. Plus, an extra $250 per closed transaction.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
+1 year of real estate sales experience

--- You've spent at least 1 year in a similar role and are ready to take your skills to the next level.
--- You're self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively without a physical office.
