Responsibilities:

--- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
--- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
--- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
--- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
--- Develop relationships with investors and other real estate agents
--- Negotiate sales between the company and investors
--- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
--- Identify investments for the company or your clients
--- Prospecting independently sourced and company-provided leads

Qualifications:

--- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
--- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
--- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- You must be coachable, consistent, and charismatic
