What’s a Typical Day like for an Enrollment Representative: Engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and participation in local events, to introduce Leafguard's services. Schedule complimentary consultation appointments for interested individuals with our qualified home improvement experts. Assess the suitability of leads to ensure they align with the criteria for our services, optimizing the sales process. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Leafguard’s product features and effectively communicate this information to potential customers. Accurately record appointment details and regularly update their status within our digital systems for efficient tracking and management. Consistently achieve and surpass established appointment setting goals, recognizing and celebrating successes. Collaborate effectively with Enrollment Representatives and internal sales teams to enhance the conversion rate of qualified leads into successful sales.
