We Offer Full Time: 40 hours or more. Competitive Compensation: The
first two months will include paid training at $25 per hour, up to
25 hours per week, plus an 8% commission on sales. After the
initial two-month training period, compensation will transition to
commission-only at 8%. Sales generated from the employees own leads
will receive an increased 10% commission. Paid Training and
Development: We will provide continuous design training so you are
well-prepared to help our customers. Additional Perks: Uniform,

Position Overview Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Kitchen Sales
Representative to work. This position works with professionalism
and consistency to design spaces for our remodeling and home
renovation clients. Responsibilities Registers prospects in lead
tracking system. Generate leads by working personal contacts and
social media. Qualifies each prospects wants and needs into a plan
of sales actions. Use personal vehicle. Performs job site measuring
and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout,
which meets the customers needs. Photographs the remodeling
projects that are being measured to provide before photographs.
Gathers information on all job-related products to provide a
presentation to the customer. Creates a proposal and related
information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a
sale. Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are
assessed. Collects payments from clients. Qualifications 1 Year
minimum Kitchen or Bathroom Sales experience required. Participate
in home/trade show rotation. Strong negotiating skills - One
Meeting Close. Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work
ethic. Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor
suitable to working in our clients homes. 8-year-old or newer

Full-time position with excellent compensation package including
base salary plus bonus for sales goals achieved. We are a high
