Job Description Job Description The Nick Martinez Farmers Insurance Agency in Fort Worth is hiring Inside Sales Producers to close inbound opportunities. This role is not cold calling. Marketing generates the lead and prepares a basic quote. Your responsibility is fast follow-up, clear guidance, and closing the sale. This position operates inside a structured sales system with defined metrics, scripts, and expectations. Success requires follow-through, task completion, and comfort working within process. Completion of the Ideal Traits Assessment is required to be considered. Applicants who do not complete the assessment will not move forward. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented office environment.
