We would love you to join our Microsoft Store Support team as a Sales Advisor for the Commercial Direct program in EMEA, where you will have an opportunity to implement the strategy and optimize the process to improve the SMB customer purchase experience for the Microsoft Digital Store. We are part of the Global Microsoft Customer Service & Support organization who work to empower our customers and businesses around the world to realize their potential and do more. Working in partnership with our outsourced delivery partners and internal key stakeholders, your role will be to ensure a fantastic customer experience is delivered. This is an exciting position, giving you a lot of opportunities to delivery impact. You get a chance to use your networking skills to build relationships across different teams and organisations. You will get the opportunity to handle both hardware and software launches across the vast Microsoft product portfolio. Microsoft Stores sell our Commercial product stack directly via a new Store for Business platform catering to Small and Medium Business customers. You will be instrumental in helping drive the end-to-end Purchase experience for customers that require assistance. You are passionate about applying data insight and analytics to represent the voice of the customer back to the business and to influence towards an excellent customer experience. **Responsibilities** You will create a close relationship with North America Microsoft Digital Store team. In that you will collaborate with Store Commercial Leads and Business Sales Managers to identify opportunities and drive improvements. You will talk about the Commercial Direct business to the leadership team, and be comfortable with reporting out on results, either face to face or virtually to different levels of seniority. You will partner closely with Service Delivery Manager, training, and quality staff to maximize each customer interaction. You will provide support, guidance, training and mentor-ship to external Delivery Partners to reach and maintain customer satisfaction quality and sales goals. You will frequently listen to calls and other interactions and test the customer experience flow so that you can correctly identify and tell the customer story to drive systematic improvements. You will lead weekly sales pipeline reviews and weekly and monthly business reviews with Microsoft delivery partners. You will implement and execute campaigns and programs designed by the Store and Marketing teams and report back with the results and insights. You will work internally and externally to find opportunities to increase revenue and/or customer satisfaction and work with our Delivery Partners to implement those changes. We have launches and changes coming frequently, and you will be handling readiness and change management so that front line advocates are in sync with upcoming sales and marketing campaigns as well as tools or process updates and changes **Qualifications** - A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing, program management or Retail environment experience is required. - Experienced working with outsourced customer service partners preferred - B2B Ecommerce experience preferred - Experienced with the B2B CRM tools and pipeline management preferred - You should have strong customer service skills, logical problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in teams - Ability to handle multiple correspondences/tasks/activities effectively - Happy to make good decisions confidently and enjoying being empowered to take own initiative - Passionate about Microsoft and its customers - You enjoy data and process analysis to recommend and drive improvements.
