Security Field Sales Trainer Overview2020 Companies hires, trains, equips and deploys people to work for major brands, such as Reliant by NRG. We are seeking an enthusiastic personality, willing to train, motivate, and transform Reliant Security Sales Representatives.As a Sales Trainer, you will: Train and coach new and current employees on selling security services in a corporate, store, phone or video conference environment. Help drive security sales in the Texas market. Facilitate training of new sales representatives on a variety of sales and compliance-related topics. Showcase in-store culture to ensure brand fit. Develop a discernment on when someone is or is not a fit. Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques. Help create training material as needed. Produce personal sales when out on the field. Ensure readiness/competency and using multiple resources, such as audio, print, video and web based material. Evaluate and understand needs of the business and the Sales Representative. Demonstrate training success through surveys, retention rates, analysis,and measurement. Communicate directly with field managers to gain anecdotal feedback.We are Seeking Someone Who: Has proven successful sales experience. Is a top-notch motivator. Apply now for immediate consideration.2020 Companies is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sex, ancestry, citizenship status, mental or physical disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, veteran status, or military status.#ReliantJobs #TrainingJob #SalesTraining #JobSeeker #SalesJobDuties and ResponsibilitiesJob Description: Drive sales productivity through high quality, end-to-end direct sales and training Deliver and communicate key promotional and product information and materials Schedule and participate in direct sales and formalized training activities Create consumer awareness and product brand preference at the retail store level though training and assisted sales Effectively assess and communicate on-site needs Educate sales associates and customers with effective client product recommendations Effectively train retail sales associates to conduct quality sales presentations and customer demonstrations Build effective professional relationships on behalf of 2020 and client at both the store and customer level Meet or exceed personal and program sales productivity goals and key metrics on a weekly and monthly basis Advise customers by providing information and qualify on products and services Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to program management and/or Retail Operations as appropriate Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately Responsible for developing training curriculum to further client product sales objectivesPerformance Measurements: Client product sales volume and target performance measurement (Security by Reliant) Effectively demonstrate an on-going ability to drive client product sales and establish, maintain and influence business relationships through consistent productivity Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis based on overall business needs Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each location visitQualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum 2-years of higher-education required 3+ years previous retail sales experience with strong emphasis in the areas of product training, demonstrations, and retail concepts Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage Daily travel required Associated topics: fiduciary, financial, financial professional, investment, investment analyst, merchant service solution, mortgage, payment, personal banker, securities
